OzFans MGMT PTY LTD - Terms and Conditions for Subcontractors1.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between OzFans MGMT PTY LTD ("OzFans") and the subcontractor ("Subcontractor").

By agreeing to these terms, the Subcontractor acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the obligations and responsibilities outlined herein.

2. Remote Work and Internet Connection

The Subcontractor agrees to maintain a reliable and fast internet connection to perform their duties effectively. All work will be conducted remotely unless otherwise specified.

3. Reliability and Attendance

The Subcontractor is expected to be reliable and punctual, attending all scheduled shifts as agreed upon with OzFans.

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

The Subcontractor is bound by strict privacy and confidentiality obligations. Any information related to OzFans or its clients must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

5. Professional Conduct

The Subcontractor agrees not to engage in any activities that may reflect poorly on OzFans or its clients. Professionalism is expected at all times.

6. Proprietary Information

The Subcontractor shall not share any proprietary property or information belonging to OzFans without obtaining written consent. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategies, client lists, and other sensitive data.

7. Independent Contractor Status

The Subcontractor acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and are responsible for managing their own work schedule and methods. They are not employees of OzFans and are subcontracting their labor.

8. Tax Responsibilities

The Subcontractor is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all taxes associated with their earnings from OzFans.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration, with the proceedings taking place in New South Wales, Australia. The Subcontractor shall bear the cost of arbitration.

10. Limitation of Liability

OzFans MGMT PTY LTD shall not be held responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Subcontractor's work or any other matter related to this agreement.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, subject to any conditions specified in the agreement.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Acceptance

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Subcontractor agrees to abide by all the terms outlined above and acknowledges their understanding of their rights and obligations.
